Where to Start?

I have been eager to start a blog, but have been unsure where to begin! I wasn't even sure I should embark on this endeavor as I do not have a lot of spare time. And, as an addict to blogs, I hate to disappoint other addicts when I haven't updated for awhile. . . Oh well, here it goes!
